As the Program Strategy Analyst, you will help design the future experiences for millions of members though providing analytical insight, strategic support and some project coordination support the Program Design squad. Program Design projects are individual and complex in nature and have significant impact on the millions of members of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program and for the long-term health of the Loyalty business and the Qantas Group overall. You will have responsibility for undertaking and driving strategic analysis (quantitative and qualitative) across several concurrent projects whilst engaging and collaborating with a range of stakeholders across the Qantas Loyalty business and teams across the Group. This includes identifying trends, challenges and size of opportunities and support Management in analysing potential responses and new ideas to simplify and improve the Qantas Loyalty program, in line with the agreed strategic priorities and associated KPIs. You will also be responsible for monitoring developments in the market by local and overseas peers and competitors.

The Program Strategy Analyst collaborates with teams across our businesses to form hypotheses, lead research and analysis, and develop presentations and recommendation to facilitate more informed, data-driven decision making by business stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to work right across the Loyalty business and see strategies you work on turn into real business outcomes and member facing products and experiences.

What you’ll bring to the role
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience with driving to project outcomes
- Ability to work in and contribute to a high performing, collaborative team environment of varied composition
- Able to multitask through sound organisational skills and the proven ability to prioritise conflicting across multiple deliverables to meet deadlines
- Strong relationship-building / interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence to work with and manage stakeholders across the Qantas Group
- A customer focused approach
- Ability to work independently with mínimal management input and communicate outcomes to senior management
- Well versed in Microsoft office suite (or equivalent), especially PowerPoint and Excel
