**The role: Instructional Designer**
- Design and develop various training materials (both instructor led manuals and self-directed learning materials)
- Work closely with the team to gather the materials & contents and create material that meets the needs of our learners
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand the project audience and identify learning needs that are aligned to project and business outcomes

**Who are you**:

- L&D instructional design with exceptional adult learning knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated experience in learning design, content development and evaluation across a range of programs
- Proven ability to design learning materials, tools and assessments using a blend of methods and mediums
- A skilled writer who can translate business needs into effective pieces of learning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment whilst delivering high quality of work
- Experience in customer service and retail industry

**Salary**: $700.00 - $750.00 per day
