**The Role**:
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring their smooth operation within the PM team, and delivering exceptional service.

Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, you will have a strong support team & the opportunity to put your own stamp on the PM department.

Managing relationships, we put People First.

Overseeing lease agreements, rent collection, and financial reporting.

Collaborating with owners, contractors, and vendors to ensure property upkeep and improvements.

Implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants.

Mentoring and providing guidance to property management team.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, we are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager with the following qualifications:
Proven track record: A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management,

demonstrating your ability to handle various property types and effectively manage client relationships.

Leadership skills: Experience leading a team or mentoring junior staff members, showcasing your ability to motivate and guide others.

Strong communication: Fluent in Hindi and English, allowing you to effectively communicate with a diverse tenant and owner base.

Detail-oriented: Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation, timely rent collection, and property inspections.

Problem-solving: Ability to think on your feet, navigate challenges, and find creative solutions to meet the needs of tenants and property owners.

Real estate knowledge: Solid understanding of local property laws, regulations, and market trends.
