**Quality Auditor - Telecommunications**:

Ventia is seeking an experienced **Quality Auditor** to join its NBN Network Operations and Assurance team.

Working in the Project Support Centre, you will be responsible for undertaking quality audits on the **NBN Unify** contracts. This is permanent full-time position based out of our **Cremorne**, VIC offices.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Undertaking quality assurance audits of in progress and completed work
- Provide coaching where required to site personnel on contractual product quality requirements
- Prepare regular reports to management of product quality, product conformance trends and effectiveness of remedial action
- The role will primarily be performing desktop post completion audits with the potential to perform some field based activities

**About you**
- You will have experience in the telecommunications industry
- You must possess strong technical abilities in FTTx technologies
- Experience in maintaining our information systems and ensure accurate records are kept
- Strong communications skills
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, statutory obligations and Ventia policies
- Act honestly and with integrity at all times
- Insights to technology adoption and benefits
- Demonstrated work experience on the NBN network highly desirable
