- Operate the switchboard to manage incoming calls efficiently and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain an organised record of appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and document preparation
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as requested by management

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience operating a switchboard
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and polished appearance
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual and reliable

Working Hours:
- Must be available on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays until the end of the year.
