**Day to day**:
As a Soil Technician, you'll delve into the depths of construction materials, testing the physical and mechanical properties of soil and rock used on various projects. From hands-on fieldwork to engaging laboratory experiments, each day promises new discoveries and challenges. No prior experience? No problem Our senior technicians will provide comprehensive training and mentorship, ensuring your success.

**Essential requirements**:

- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- White Card (General Construction Induction Card)
- Physically fit to lift and move heavy samples / equipment
- Year 12 certificate (You aced those exams, didn't you?)
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- A dash of geekiness and a love for science

**Desirable experience**:

- Certificate III in Laboratory Skills
- Prior lab experience
