**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**We are looking for one Cluster Manager for our Melbourne stores and one Cluster Manager for our Sydney (Northern Beaches) stores. These positions are permanent and full-time.**

As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your stores.

Your Responsibilities include:

- Create a sale’s driven culture within the store through daily coaching and team support.

*Creating a culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service.

*Ensure all KPI's are met.

*Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products.

*Coach and mentor, your team to become high performers.

*Provide stock feedback and manage inventory.

*Work on a roster.

*Proactively use the online system to check store KPIs, approve timesheets and assist with onboarding of staff, amongst other tasks.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are looking for an experienced Manager who has proven sales results and a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.

You will have:
*Demonstrated experience in leading a retail team.

*Enjoy and thrive in multi-tasking and problem-solving.

*A highly driven, self-motivated approach.

*The confidence to be fully accountable for your stores.

*Exceptional people skills.

*Water sports retail management experience and product knowledge, especially surf.

*A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom-line profits.

*Strong desire to develop your career in retail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
