Our client provides construction services across civil, mining, infrastructure, telecommunication, electrical and Government projects and industries

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage teams of trades, labour and contractors
- Ensure that the work carried out is in accordance with the project quality standards
- Deliver and complete pre-starts, toolbox, shift reports and other reporting as required
- Forward plan and organise plant, equipment and materials according to the project requirements
- Confidently communicate project updates to the client as required and lead contractors

**Essential Criteria**:

- Min 5 years experience in a similar role
- Have proven experience with road construction, drainage and access track construction
- Experience managing a crew of approximately 10-15 staff
- Have experience forward planning and forecasting
- Be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Have your own ute/vehicle
- Hold the relevant qualifications and tickets for this role
