Red Wine Production Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Production Manager in planning and managing the red wine production process
- Coordinate with other departments, including vineyard management, cellar operations, and packaging, to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, equipment, and finished products, and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and safety in the production process
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including food safety and workplace safety standards
- Train and supervise production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Assist in analyzing production data and making recommendations for process improvements and cost reductions
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and promote new products

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in winemaking, agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wine production, with a focus on red wine
- Knowledge of winemaking processes, including grape selection, fermentation, aging, and bottling
- Understanding of quality control principles and techniques
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
