**About the Role**

As the Metering Supervisor it will be your responsibility to supervise and manage the day-to-day field service activities to ensure compliance with client’s Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. You will be required to provide technical guidance and support to field employees and contractors. You will bring strong leadership and coaching/mentoring skills and the ability to drive improvement.

In this position you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing daily field operations of field personnel, field employees and contractors
- Conducting all quality checks and complete associated documentation
- Inducting and mentoring employees and contractors in BSA and client work procedures
- Leading by example and ensure technicians are following safe work instructions, standards and regulations.
- Providing onsite field support to BSA contractors and employees
- Reporting daily to National Field Manager regarding all facets of operations including contractor and employee absences
- Meeting key performance indicators set by client and/or BSA
- Responding to urgent client requests and provide solutions to complex technical problems
- Proactively communicating including delays during daily works
- Communicating with client on behalf of BSA

**What you will need**
- NSW Electrical Licence with 5+ years' experience
- NSW Drivers Licence
- OHS Construction Induction (White Card)
- Install, Setup and Commission Interval Metering (UEEEL0013/UEENEEG171A) or equivalent
- Provide First Aid in an ESI Environment (UETTDRRF10/UETTDRRF10B)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID001/HLTAID009)
- Perform Rescue from a Live LV Panel (UETTDRRF06 /UETTDRRF06B)
- Testing of Connections to Low Voltage Electricity Networks (UETTDRRF11)
- Team/Contractor management experience
- Excellent technical ability and time management
- Extensive metering experience
