- Artega is a technology led investment administration business offering front, middle and back office services to investment managers and asset owners in Australia and Asia. The business currently supports over $100Bn for its clients and has 140 staff located in Sydney and London. The business utilises the SimCorp Dimension software as its core technology platform._

The Asset Administration team is responsible for the setup of all securities and portfolios in our system. The team is also responsible for the securities pricing of all assets in the system and all corporate events across all holdings in our portfolios.

Role Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all securities held by Challenger and the boutiques are accurately priced within SimCorp Dimension and in accordance with the pricing policy.
- Ensure that the team’s tasks have been completed each day according to the procedures and checklists.
- Investigate all securities with missing or stale prices, or where pricing tolerance limits have been exceeded.
- Process requests from Front Office and Investment Operations to update static data.
- Assist the team in remediating and maintaining data.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of the Asset Administration team’s processes and controls.
- Process any ad-hoc queries that may arise relating to Static Data or Pricing
- Ensure Data quality and accuracy on all securities set up in Dimension.
- Ensure that any Stale prices and Zero movers have been validated
- Ensure that all Static Data details have been updated accurately.
- Respond to Fund Manager queries within timeframe
- Develop effective relationships with other teams within Investment Operations, Front Office, IT and our other key stakeholders.
- Work with relevant parties (i.e. data vendors, IT and front office) to resolve any pricing or static data issues.
- Ensure Data quality on vendor feeds
- Assist in the Data remediation projects.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of procedures

Role Requirements:

- Knowledge of financial markets, instruments and funds management
- Understanding of pricing methodologies for various asset types, including fixed interest and derivatives.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the finance industry
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working within Pricing or Static Data environment of fund manager or custodian.
- Experience of using SimCorp Dimension or similar investment management systems
- Experience of Back Office / Middle Office functions across a range of instruments types, including Equities, Fixed Interest and Derivatives.
