Concrete Batcher

Opportunity for an experienced, reliable and committed **Concrete Batcher/Supervisor **to join the team at our Lithgow Concrete Plant. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Batchers' role is commonly a career stepping stone into Hanson Management, therefore may suit an ambitious and career driven person. This is a full time Monday to Friday role with regular rostered hours being 6.30am to 3pm and occasional Saturday mornings when required - overtime is available during the week according to business needs.

**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Manage batching and loading of Hanson fleet for delivery to our valued customers
- Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
- Balance our customers' needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency
- Engage with customers and respond to enquiries
- Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements
