il Pastaio is a food Manufacturer based in Strathfield South, seeking reliable, self-motivated Machine Operator to join our production team.

Monday - Friday: 6am - 2pm + OT
**Immediate Start - Training will be provided onsite.**

You will be joining a great team - producing a wide range of products.

**Reporting to the Production Manufacturing Supervisor and responsible for**:

- Work within a team to assist in production of Pasta. This includes mixing raw materials and following batch sheets.
- Monitoring the output of the machine, ensuring each tray holds the right QTY
- Loading trolly's into freezer frequently.
- Following instruction of lead Pasta Production Manager in tasks related.
- Frequent manual handling of up to 25KG.
- Strictly follow food specifications as well as HACCP, OHS and Food Safely procedures.
- Maintain clean equipment and surrounding work areas.

- Physically fit and enthusiastic to work. Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Able to work Monday - Friday

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Food handling: 2 years (preferred)
