**The Company**

**The Role**
We need an experienced
**Business Manager **able to lead from the front, your responsibilities will cover operations, business development and sales. To achieve this, you will need to ensure the business is running effectively, the sales team are focused and constantly exceeding targets and operations are well resourced, running efficiently in line with business requirements.

**Team Management**
- Chair weekly team meetings with core sales and operational team
- Tracking all pending quotes weekly with sales team to understand upcoming work pipeline
- Set and track monthly KPIs and implement business development initiatives developed in conjunction with the sales team
- Support and supervise the sales team
- Manage the delivery team and supervise the logistics operations of the business
- Maintaining supplier relationships & approve stock purchase orders
- Meetings with existing and new Agents to solidify professional relation

**Reporting**
- Attend all management meetings to report on business and revenue status
- Extract accurate business reports and data for monthly meetings
- Experience with easy build an advantage

**Business Administration**
- Plan, implement and monitor the marketing/media strategy
- Maintain revenue spreadsheet for stylings, extended hire and trade work
- Monitoring of booking slots and availability to increase/maximize output
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

- An understanding of corporate environments
- Ability to work well autonomously & in high pressure situations
- Excellent attention to detail
