**One Tree Altona Meadows Children’s Service **Our 58 place service incorporates a babies room, a toddler room and kindergarten room. We foster the Reggio Emilia Philosophy at our service and believe the environment is the ‘third teacher’, encouraging exploration and imagination, reflecting the natural world. All our educators are passionate about their roles and strive to provide the best possible care

**What you’ll bring**
- Diploma in Early childhood;
- Current Working with Children Check;
- 3+ years experience
- ability to run a room cycle; and
- Leadership skills and previous experience in a Room Leader role.

**What you’ll do**
- Recognise and develop the strengths in children and your team;
- Build positive relationships with peers, families, and children;
- You will have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS);
- Work well in a team;
- Be responsible person
- Have passion and enthusiasm and will want to have fun
