**Make a Difference for Doctors in NSW: Manager, Organising Strategy & Campaigns**

**Do you have a passion for social justice and a strategic mind?**

The Australian Salaried Medical Officers’ Federation (NSW) - The Doctors’ Union - is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Manager, Organising Strategy & Campaigns** to join our team in Ultimo, NSW.

**In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our Union and advocating for doctors across the state.** You’ll lead the development and execution of strategic campaigns to:

- **Grow our membership** by implementing innovative organising strategies and building strong relationships with doctors.
- **Secure positive outcomes** through effective negotiation and campaigning for better working conditions and fair pay for doctors in NSW.
- **Empower our members** by providing them with the resources and support they need to be strong advocates for themselves and their patients.

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Has a deep understanding of union principles and a proven track record in developing and implementing successful organising campaigns.
- Possesses extensive knowledge of contemporary industrial relations issues and relevant legislation.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities effectively.
- Is a strong leader and communicator who can build trust and motivate a team.
- Is a strategic thinker who can contribute to developing the Union’s overall goals.
