**About The Role**:
Our Customer Experience Team are the face of our organisation. As a Customer Experience Officer, you will serve as the customer’s primary point of contact, and own customer issues from start to finish. In this role you will join our team of customer service superstars to help deliver world class customer experiences. You will process transactions, provide information and solve problems for our members and visitors. You will regularly be required to think on your feet and have a can-do attitude to deliver solutions at a fast pace.
