The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.

**Job Description**:
Toll Group are searching for an experienced Workshop Maintenance Coordinator to join our Equipment division based in Spotswood. Working Monday to Friday, you will be accountable for coordinating, booking in and planning of mobile fleet for the workshop, as well as participating in parts ordering activities.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, this role will liaise with internal customers, and work to ensure high levels of service compliance and mínimal asset downtime. Join our high performing team and grow your career with our national equipment team.

**As the Workshop Maintenance Coordinator, you will**:

- Ensure effective planning and management of service bookings for the Spotswood Workshop.
- Engage with internal customers and Toll Equipment workshops to ensure best utilisation and minimise vehicle off road time.
- Minimise maintenance expense for the Toll Group through effective management of costs, assets and maintenance regimes.
- Build internal relationships across the Toll network.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role of service bookings (service advisor, maintenance controller or fleet services officer etc).
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Intermediate computer skills - MS Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
