**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for an experienced and high performing IT Support Officer to provide operational support across our newly built Institute of Applied Technology. As an incredibly complex organisation, it is crucial that you can effectively manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders.

The IT Support Officer is responsible for utilising prior knowledge and experience to deliver a combination of virtual and/or on-site assistance and support to staff, students, and key stakeholders. The position will listen to, diagnose, and resolve a range of intermediate to complex client requests.

**Travel to our Meadowbank campus may be required depending on operational requirements**

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a technical expert, experienced in providing service desk and field support for a large user base, spanning different locations, across multiple platforms and technologies You will be providing specialised support as needed by customers and are able to utilise various tools and methods to resolve technical issues. You will monitor and track reported issues to develop the knowledge management database and improve processes.

You have impeccable communication skills, organised and a natural problem solver. You can deliver support in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a united and seamless delivery. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your Team and taking initiative.
