**About the company**
Our client is a family run ESD consultancy based out of Perth and growing their team in Melbourne. They are a team of ESD consultants that share a passion for sustainable design in the Built Environment, tackling climate change. They aim to develop a sustainable, and resilient spaces. The deliver specialised solutions to reduce the environmental impact for clients.

**Responsibilities**:
- Consulting on ESD and providing professional support and solutions to clients.
- Analyse data, developing innovative solutions, and effectively presenting results to clients, team members, and stakeholders to drive the ESD initiatives.
- Planning and coordinating the ESD-related activities
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members
- Enhancing the design capabilities of the ESD team, with a strong focus on Building Physics, Energy Modeling (IES), and Performance Analysis.
- Assist the Lead consultant manage the certification and compliance within the team, ensuring adherence to Green Star, NABERS, and other relevant assessments.
- Conduct detailed energy analysis and modeling tasks, providing valuable insights into energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Perform intricate building physics modeling, encompassing assessments related to daylight, microclimate, façade performance, and thermal comfort analysis.
- Prepare project reports based on the ESD recommendations etc

**About you**
- 2+ years Australian experience in a similar position
- Relevant qualification ie, Engineering, Sustainable Development, Built Environment etc
- Strong communication skills/ client engagement skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Passion for sustainability and upskilling accordingly
- Creativity, resourceful, and ability to bring fresh ideas and present them to clients
