Road Repair Technician

**Job Description - Road Repair Technician**

This role requires a motivated person with a positive attitude. Someone who wants to balance their work and life activies and find enjoyment and satisfaction of being part of an organisation that works to achieve that balance. Some of the daily activities that you will be undertaking include;
Repair of potholes and patches in roads, driveways and car park asphalt.

Ensure workspace cleanliness upon completion of works.

Working safely, autonomously and unsupervised on a daily basis.

Safe and courteous operation of a vehicle.

Safety checks of vehicles and equipment.

Courteous and respectful communication with suppliers and clients on a daily basis.

Regular restocking of vehicle consumables.

**Required Skills**:
Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.

Courteous and consistent communication skills.

Self motivation with a “go get em” attitude.

Attention to detail when completing tasks.

Cleanliness and maintenance of work spaces, vehicles and equipment.

Ability to recognise problems and solve them without third party intervention.

A reasonable level of fitness as a consistent level of activity is undertaken each day.

**Experience**

No previous experience necessary we provide all the training that you will need to become a road repair technician.

**Education**
Graduated high school or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 46 per week

- 8 hour shift
