Junior Paralegal

**The Role**

The Paralegal is responsible for assisting a team of lawyers in an in-house legal department with preparation and editing of legal agreements, providing feedback to stakeholders, administrative assistance, and overall support of day-to-day activities. Key Duties and responsibilities include:

- Assist in the preparation of legal template documents: including franchise agreements, guarantees, confidentiality agreements, and other legal template documents
- Conduct company and business name searches
- Checking signatures and signing protocols have been followed
- Assist a team of 5 lawyers with workflow: delivery of legal advice, monitoring and following up on key dates
- Maintain and assist with legal file maintenance and record keeping
- Respond to issues and enquiries; all around administrative support
