**Position Requirements**
- Proven success as a recruiter in the Hospitality or travel industry
- Strong market knowledge of Hospitality in both the ACT & Southern NSW
- Outstanding communication skills across both verbal and written disciplines
- Strong business acumen with a driven and self-motivated personality
- Sales and results driven focus

**About The Position**
- Maintain existing relationships and develop new business
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process
- Achieve individual sales activity and sales targets
- Ensure key performance benchmarks are achieved

- OTE $90K Package or Salary $60K + Super + Uncapped Commission + Tools of Trade (mobile/PC)
