ResourceCo have recently acquired a successful long-term Recycling & Waste business in Brooklyn, Victoria. We are continuing to expand and grow our Business in 2023 and beyond, and our new site in Brooklyn forms a critical and exciting part of this. Our people are integral to our success, and as such, we have multiple opportunities available for you to join our experienced Maintenance team as a **Maintenance Fitter**, based at our new site in **Brooklyn, Victoria**

Working hand in hand with the plant’s operators, as well our full team across the site, these are **permanent, full time secure roles with ample hours available and any further training provided.**

**You will have key responsibility in**:

- Assisting with new plant design including analysis of drawings, potential plant improvements and planned maintenance improvements.
- Gearbox & bearing removal & refit.
- Repairs and maintenance to crushing and screening equipment.
- Materials handling equipment repair and maintenance.
- Promote safety and safe work practices at all times.

**About you**:

- Fitter - Trade Certificate
- Minimum 1 years’ Fitter experience is ideal but not mandatory
- Forklift Licence
- Riggers & Confined Space High Risk Tickets (is desirable but not essential)
- Welding experience (is desirable but not essential)
- Possess good organisational and planning skills
- Self-motivated and willingness to continue to learn and develop.
