Nexus Place Body Corporate is seeking a caretaker/handyman to look after our complex of 39 apartments on the Gold Coast in Ashmore.
The caretaker will look after common area, pool & grounds only, nothing to do with the apartments.
No accomodation provided. Caretaker to be onsite 3 days per week so must live locally.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract
Pay: $26,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
