**ABOUT THE POSITION**

We have a great opportunity for a Cleanroom Production Supervisor to join our Balcatta Team

You would report to the Production Manager and be responsible for the day to day running of the cleanroom facility which includes the manufacturing of consumables for the Drug and Alcohol testing markets.

**Key responsibilities of the role: (but not limited to)**

The
**Cleanroom Production Supervisor** will support the Production and Service areas of all device & consumable manufacture by:

- Working within the designated clean rooms facility to manufacture and pack products according to SOPs and other documented procedures. (The clean room facility includes both high and low humidity environments) Note *_Production is highly, but not completely mechanised. Some manual functions are still necessary._
- Perform cleaning and housekeeping functions within cleanrooms and follow maintenance procedures for all equipment.
- Complete daily production equipment checks and maintenance for critical production equipment.
- Assist manager in coordinating service schedule of equipment in the clean room.
- Ensuring all team members in the clean room are following safety policies and procedures.
- Training new staff in clean room SOP’s.

**To be successful in this role you will require**:

- Previous experience working in cleanroom environments would be beneficial.
- Previous experience in assembly of electronic devices would be beneficial.
- Experience working in GMP regulated facility would be beneficial.
- Ability to follow written and electronic work instructions and SOPs.
- Proven working knowledge and experience with hi-tech manufacturing equipment and computer systems.
- Experience in completing batch documents as per GMP requirement.
- Proven ability to supervise a small team and effective at working in a team environment.
- Participate, from time to time in new product development and process improvement processes.
- Preparing reports and documenting results.
- Follow protocols for equipment validation and revalidation.
- Good written and oral skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to complete tasks to SOPs and in accordance with Quality Management Systems
- Have a National Police Clearance (no older than 3 months old)
- Have full and unrestricted Australian work rights *NO visas
