The role supports a variety of volunteer-related administration activities such as contacting clients, data entry, filing, preparing of spreadsheets, as well as assistance with record keeping. This role is ideal for someone who appreciates volunteering, loves order, systems, and quality improvement, as well as supporting a team to achieve great outcomes for the community.
- Key responsibilities_
- _Support ongoing volunteer involvement by attending to volunteer and learner record administration_
- _Bring your attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity to ensure that compliance and confidentiality is always adhered to._
- Qualifications and skills (desired/required)_
- _Experience in administration is essential_
- _Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel_
- _Confident with online systems and software (or willing to learn), as well as using printers (specific on the job training will be provided)_
- _Strong verbal and written communication skills_
- Time Required_
- Four hour work day, once per week._

Development opportunities with this role:
This role will give volunteers an opportunity to develop skills and build experience in volunteer administration and engagement, use of systems and software, as well as reporting. Additionally, there will be access to a range of training opportunities and insight to the work of a large not-for-profit religious organisation with expressions in many different areas of society.
