**About the Opportunity**
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Women's and Babies division as an Administration Officer. The role plays a key part in the day to day operations of the division by providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth functioning of the division. The role involves a broad range of duties that require high levels of organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing confidential secretarial, reception and administrative services to the Women's and Children's Health Network
- Communicating with multiple stakeholders
- Performing any positions falling within the requirements of the role as directed by the Administrative Manager.
- Accurate filing and maintenance of confidential patient Unit Records
- Coordination of diary appointments
