**Job Description**:
As an E-Commerce Specialist you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by driving the experience, relevance and performance of your customer segment in the e-commerce channel.

With a constant focus on evaluating and optimizing the customer journey across all touchpoints, you work towards cross-functional goals, driving sales performance.

Collaboration is key in this role working closely with Content, Marketing, Merchandising and Customer teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales & Optimisation:_
- Identify opportunities, threats and set priorities based on data analysis aiming for biggest customer impact.
- Responsible for daily optimisation and evaluation of our online touchpoints, components, and customer relevance.
- Optimize content on site & provide input to Customer Activation & Marketing team in collaboration with the content team.
- Brief on site placements to be published on weekly level.
- Customer:_
- Responsible for performance and follow up online customer segments.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize content interactions and secure customer relevance by optimizing each landing page.
- Give input on assortment preference and send feedback to merchandising team.
- Track and follow up experience KPIs on site and in owned channels.
- Know your sales market, customer behavior, customer expectations and competitor overview.
- Execute and optimize local SEO for your segment in collaboration with the media team.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous E-commerce experience.
- Customer Centric mindset.
- Experience working with data analysis to take strategic decisions.
- Sales and web analysis experience including Google Analytics.
- Strong data management skills - ability to synthesize information and draw conclusions.
- Analytical skills to evaluate actions from a short
- and long-term perspective and connect to growth targets.
- Excellent communication skills - able to visualize and present analysis to the relevant stakeholders.
- Data and results oriented.
- Agile mindset.
