We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant / State Coordinator to help support in leading and coaching our team of amazing Bra fitting and Merchandising consultants across our Hanesbrands products in Myer and David Jones

This role will require you to travel and assist across multiple centres and locations.This opportunity is a permanent part time role of 35 hours a week, across a Monday - Friday roster.

**In your role you will**:
Reporting into the State Supervisor, your responsibility will be to support in running the smooth operation of our wholesale products across BONDS, Berlei, Jockey, Playtex and Champion at MYER.

Day to day you will be on the road visiting various stores and consultants, ensuring customer experience, service and visual merchandising standards are consistently being upheld. Additionally your will take ownership and be responsible for the below duties:
Support State Supervisor as necessary in the operational day to day running of the state/s
Deliver fantastic customer service and exceed customer expectations.
Assisting with conducting training and upskilling team members in providing exceptional service and bra fitting
Reviewing Visual Merchandising briefs and actioning according to company direction
Daily and weekly administration of collating and reviewing reports, data entry and sending photos to Head office VM team.
Rotate and re-stock our product to easy access for our customers
Manage the in-store presence of Hanesbrands and strengthen brand partner and relationships with both MYER and David Jones
Demonstrate strong ambassadorship for the brand
Retain or improve category positioning within MYER and David Jones stores
Report back on some of your teams' key successes, challenges and overall performance.

What experience will you need?

This role would be perfect for someone who has a strong background in retail customer service, with a particular focus in intimates, hosiery and underwear and is looking to take that next step.We are looking for somebody who has experience coaching and mentoring others and has been involved in building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This role provides great exposure into potential future management opportunities within our wholesale network, so a passion for career development within this field is key.

**In addition you will also have the following skills**:
Experience in bra fitting and providing personalised customer service experiences.
Sound understanding of visual merchandising techniques and stock control.
Intermediate computer skills and MS Office knowledge
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously but also a team player who can lead from the front
Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactively work towards exceeding goals in an autonomous and responsible way.
Ability to quickly develop long term relationships with various stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and a high level of presentation.
Retail supervisory experience would be ideal
