**About the Role**

We require an experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team to assist across all our brands; BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad.

This essential role will support the Marketing Manager and be responsible for the following:

- Performance of general marketing and administrative tasks to generate leads and bring traffic into the dealership. Idea generation - within budget.
- Management and coordination of online, digital and social media strategies.
- Database profiling and management.
- Marketing and Sales Analysis, Reporting and General Administration duties
- Development and execution of marketing plans for a prestige brand within approved budgetary guidelines to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
- Liaising with key stakeholders internally and at BMW Australia.
- Management of compliance of marketing collateral in line with BMW Australia CI standards.
- Event and Campaign Development, including product launches, customer events, and sponsorship management.

Importantly you will have the maturity to work with senior stakeholders, have an excellent grasp of technology, display initiative, drive and have superior organisational and interpersonal skills with a high attention for detail.
