**About the Role**

As a result of continued growth, we currently have opportunities available for high-energy, fast-learning individuals to join our Client Services team in a consultancy capacity to help implement our solutions and provide expert advice to our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for successful software implementations and project management of our suite of Business Solutions, demonstrating our software modules to customers, and managing customer relations with clients during all phases of implementation (planning, design and delivery) to ensure timely and high-standard outcomes.

Additionally, you will also work with the Sales and Products teams to promote the products via demonstrations, webinars and training sessions, and continuously drive utilisation and maximise the benefits of using our products.

**Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the improvement of the products by providing feedback and expert advice
- Assist with formal presentations to customers or prospective customers
- Provide technical and product expertise to customers
- Gather and understand customer requirements
- Plan and configure systems to customers requirements via online or onsite workshops
- Demonstrate our software to customers as part of offering support and advice
- Project manage implementations to a high standard
- Deliver proactive customer engagement, demonstrating and ensuring timely and thorough communication of deliverable status, schedules and results
- Provide onsite customer support
- Provide end-user and administration training as required
- Maintain and create documentation related to products (Training guides, videos etc).

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in information systems, project management or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a software consulting, project management, implementation or pre-sales role
- Strong knowledge of IT principles and practices
- Ability to present and train in a group setting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A problem solver with strong logical and analytical thinking
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise
- Aptitude for learning new software systems and processes
- Highly proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Willingness to undertake travel within Australia
- Class C Drivers licence

**Desirable**
- Knowledge in the areas of Talent & Workforce management would be advantagous
- Certification in Prince2, PMBOK, Agile or similar methodologies
