Npd Coordinator

**Primary Purpose**:
Supporting the National NPD Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating customer and client focused new product development projects as well as contribute to pipeline planning implementation.

**Relationships and Authority**:

- Reports National NPD Manager and Senior Management.
- Works co-operatively with the NPD sales coordinator and NPD team assistant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain NPD project timelines.
- Construct phase gate documentation.
- Work collaboratively departments and team members to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Ensure planned trials produce consumer
- customer alignment.
- Contribute to planning programs for commercial, marketing, and operational divisions.
- Track and document sensitive production and progression timelines.
- Ensure all project labelling, nutritional panels and compliance standards are flagged and discussed with QA manger.
- Ensuring budgets are in line with company and client expectations.
- Ability to work interstate and overseas.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- 1 + years’ experience working in Food Industry [preferred; not essential].
- Sales and results driven.
- Ability to work interstate and overseas.
- Previous experience in FMCG [preferred; not essential].
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships to a diverse audience.
- Exhibit a dress standard and professional conduct, to represent the company in a positive image.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
