**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**ABOUT YOU**

**To be considered for the position you will have**:

- A Diploma in Building Design or a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum of three years relevant and current post qualification experience as a Building Designer, Architect Graduate/Architect
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
- Comprehensive current knowledge of the local Architecture/Building Design industry
- Working knowledge of CAD - ArchiCAD or Revit
