We are looking for a part time Concierge to join our Rhodes branch

**28.75 hours per week**:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday, Friday : 9.30am - 4pm

As Concierge for the Rhodes Branch of CommBank, you’ ll be the face of Commbank & the first person customers speak with to assist them. To do this you’l l:

- Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel
- Build personal connection with customers through meaningfu l conversations to enhance their experience
- Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options
- Be aware o f movements within the branch, ensuring it’s running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience

**We’re **interested in people who have**:

- A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality
- Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour
- The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence
- A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers
