What does the job look like?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Planner to join our team at the Bentley site, focusing on warehouse and transport operations. This role is perfect for someone looking to build their career in logistics. Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth warehouse and transport operations. You’ll receive training, mentoring, and support to develop your skills and grow within the company. Key Areas:

- Efficient planning and execution of warehouse and transport operations to meet customer demands.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, Chain of Responsibility, and other legislative obligations.
- Driving productivity through effective use of resources, WMS planning, and fleet management.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and sustainability.
- Providing operational support through reporting, invoicing, and customer interactions.

Are you the one?

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and eager to learn the ins and outs of our operations. You can demonstrate:

- Previous experience in warehousing and logistics in either white or blue collar.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- A process-driven mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing and RF systems, with SAP and/or Paperless WMS experience being advantageous.
