**The Role**:
Based out of our Melbourne Head Office office, we are seeking a self-motivated Associate Consultant with proven experience in delivering recruitment services to play a pivotal role in the day to day running of a recruitment desk alongside an accomplished recruitment team working across both temporary and permanent recruitment. This is a great opportunity to align your core skills towards being part of a key member of the team by contributing to the ongoing growth and success of our group.

The role requires an individual who works well under pressure, consistently demonstrating a calm, positive and approachable manner that understands full cycle recruiting service, we’d love to speak with you

If you have relevant recruitment or resourcing experience or have worked in a related sales environment then this is the job for you, our experienced team provide on the job mentoring and you will work alongside an accomplished recruitment team, to deliver the best results.

**Task & Responsibilities will include**:

- Conducting reference checks
- Support and work alongside other consultants
- Preparing job advertisements
- Database management
- Supply end to end recruitment.
- Support to our senior consultants
- Payroll processing and time sheet follow up.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly understand & adopt new processes.
- Knowledge & understanding of privacy principles & business confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively & productively in professional team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to provide accurate and informed advice.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the demonstrated ability to evaluate and prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and flexibility in responding to changing work priorities, with the capacity to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- The ability to multitask and follow procedure.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Sound computer literacy and use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated sales experience.
- Proven background in successfully forging business relationships.
