An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, energetic and experienced Customer Service professional, with some outbound telesales experience to join the Construction Division within Husqvarna Australia, based at our Tuggerah office.

You will be responsible for:

- Working closely with the Construction Sales Channel to develop strong customer relationships, address and highlight identified sales opportunities and ensure alignment and knowledge of market developments, new customers, competitor activity etc.
- Action daily construction customer orders, quotes and customer queries to ensure a consistent high standard of service levels are delivered.
- Ensure specific customer requirements are adhered to and KPI's are met.
- Ensure technical and product information is up-to-date and accurate for ready response to customers.
- Establish an outbound call schedule to existing customer base maximise sales opportunities
- Assist in pre-qualifying new customers and customer leads
- Undertake internal and external training programs

Your Profile - skills and experience:

- Completed year 12 or trade qualifications
- Two years trade customer service or technical sales experience and success in a customer service, sales or marketing environment
- Excellent phone manner with strong verbal and written communications skills and able to clearly articulate relevant information.
- Some business to business sales experience and experience with outbound telesales is advantageous
- Experience with e-Commerce and digital selling on social platforms would be highly regarded.
- Well-developed planning and organisation skills
- Demonstrated computer skills including mainframe computer systems and office software, not limited to MS Office, and the ability to adapt to new systems and software
- Sound mathematical and analytical skills, with good attention to detail and follow -up
