We are looking for a customer focused, motivated superstar to join a fun, friendly and supportive team, learn new skills while showcasing your talents in providing exceptional customer service

Your responsibilities would include:

- Identify customers eyecare needs
- Provide product recommendations personalised to their requirements
- Ensure customers leave the store with the biggest smiles - not only because of their new glasses but also because of your exceptional inter-personal skills
- Build strong customer relationships
- Work autonomously and be supportive of your team
- Administration tasks including health fund/Medicare claims
- Maintain an organised and clean workspace

To be successful ideally you will have:

- Retail experience and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Sales experience and the ability to build rapport and customer relationships
- The ability to work well within a team and be highly motivated
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Experience in delivering the highest standards of customer service
