**The Role**
Work within a fantastic team that provides members, pensioners and employers with cost-effective administration services and to be directly responsible for fund administration.

This fantastic opportunity will see you increase your pensions administration knowledge and allow you to help streamline processes. Your administrative tasks will include:

- Establishing new pension accounts
- Maintaining existing pension accounts
- Responding to member enquiries
- Quality checking and processing pension withdrawals

**About You**
You will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and an ability to work as part of a team. The ability to deal with competing priorities and work to deadlines is equally important, as well as:

- Sound product knowledge across superannuation and pensions products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound information technology and numeracy skills including MS Office
- Proven customer service experience
