Restoration Technician

Golden View Cleaning and Restoration is a family owner business located in South Brisbane. We are a growing company looking for the right people to join the team and grow into new opportunities with us, achieve the best outcome for our partners and valued clients.

As a Restoration Technician, no day is ever the same You will be traveling to different site locations, commercial as well as residential and performing various tasks whilst maintaining a high quality standard.

On-the-job training will be provided along with uniform and all the necessary tools to carry out the daily tasks.

**Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Site attendance and assessment
- Use of specialised restoration industry equipment
- Water/Flood/Fire/Mould/Other damage cleaning and remediation
- Contents cleaning and inventory
- Structural strip-out work, e.g. removal of flooring and plasterboard walls/ceiling
- Follow WHS standards
- Customer liaison and ensuring all authority forms and documents are signed
- Represent our company with a positive & professional manner to our customers
- Keep company owned facilities, equipment, vehicles & tools in a good and clean condition

**Requirements**:

- Hold a valid drivers license (or willing to obtain one)
- Fast and focused work ethic with a can-do attitude
- Be able to lift a minimum of 5-10KG
- Willing to travel for work
- Be available for after hours emergency jobs including some weekends (after full training has been provided)
- Experience within the industry is not required but would be desired
- Presentable, neat and tidy appearance

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
