Key Responsibilities:

- Perform hydrostatic tests on a variety of pipelines, vessels, and related equipment to ensure they meet industry standards and safety requirements.
- Set up and operate testing equipment, including pumps, pressure gauges, and monitoring systems.
- Conduct pre-test inspections and prepare equipment for testing, ensuring proper sealing and connections.
- Monitor and record test parameters, such as pressure, temperature, and duration, to ensure accurate results.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential issues during testing, working closely with the team to implement solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to plan and execute hydrotesting activities, adhering to project timelines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed test records, reports, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

- Trade qualification and 3 years' experience in Hydrotesting and Flange Management
- Previous experience in hydrotesting, pressure testing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate testing equipment effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to hydrotesting activities.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret and record precise data.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
