**About the Role**

The Enforcement & Advice team deliver digital services to the organisation and to its customers in line with the organisations Strategy. It builds on the foundations of the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).

The CRM is intended to give a single view of those we interact with including employers, injured workers and providers. Over time, this will support greater data capture and knowledge, and will provide a better, more streamlined experience for those who engage withthe organisation.

The licensing team will have client information all in one place. Users will be able to see the same information and understands their history, allowing for more personal interaction and in-depth knowledge to answer queries. In turn, this will help the organisation achieve its purpose of reducing harm, improving outcomes of injured workers and providing community value.

The Product Owner is responsible for maximising the value of the technology capabilities and administrative processes delivered by the Strategic Delivery program delivery team including our Technology Partners.

The role will work closely and in collaboration with the delivery team to ensure the technology is fit-for-purpose for the business. It acts as a conduit between the business and the delivery team to provide feedback, input into product design and resolve issues.

**About You**

Key Accountabilities
- Lead the translation of project objectives and deliverables into meaningful business requirements that are fit-for-purpose and tailored to the needs of the business associated with the Strategy Release Packages for the organisation's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool.
- Support the development of business objectives, KPI’s, benefit realisation, and project milestones associated with the successful delivery and embedding of the CRM Tool.
- Oversee the outstanding business requirements yet to be delivered at any point in time, and review / communicate their priority/risk status on a regular basis through appropriate governance channels.
- Directly review and approve the business requirements and other deliverables put to the Delivery team.
- Work in strong partnership with the Change and Communication teams and Subject Matter Experts to create a seamless integration of project delivery for our people that will be impacted and gain benefit from the change.
- Lead and ensure the successful outcomes are achieved at all workshops on behalf of the business or ensure the attendance of the business SMEs at workshops organised by the delivery team
- Approve all change requests in relation to delivery scope and/or program schedule - considering the implications of the desired business objectives against the project plan and phased delivery approach
- Resolve conflicting priorities between business objectives and/or business requirements
- Provide oversight of the work delivered by the Project Delivery Team and provide continuous updates to the Business Owner and Program Director on a regular basis
- Act as the first point of contact for any requests or escalations with respect to the business and be the key lead in championing the change and benefits of the project within the business
- Use delegating authority to make decisions on behalf of the business or capable of obtaining the required decision from the business if necessary
- Adhere to all WorkSafe’s policies and procedures and any legislative requirements relevant to this position
- Any other reasonable and related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organisation.
