Medical Receptionist

**Medical Receptionist - Part Time / Full Time**

The Medical Receptionist will work at our newly built clinic in Hoppers Crossing on a part time basis, to provide administration support to our team of GPs and Nurses.

Tasks will include providing timely and accurate access to appointments for patients over the telephone or face to face.

Completion of billing processes.

Use Best Practice to create and maintain accurate patient records

To be successful in this role you will require:

- Competent Computer Skills and the ability to learn new software as required.
- Excellent communication skills with people from a range of multi-cultural backgrounds
- Proven Customer Service skills.
- Dedication to systems and processes within your role.
- Ability to work independently.

Some Saturday/Sunday mornings may be required, but will work on a rotating roster.

Drivers' licence required.

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

- Hoppers Crossing, VIC 3029: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
