Role Summary

This Gardener role provides quality gardening services to the village, hostel and surrounding grounds. In providing these services to the facility, you will play a role in bettering the lives of our residents and contribute to creating a homely environment for them.
Responsibilities and Duties

Weeding and maintaining garden beds
Light pruning of shrubs and flowers
Planting and maintaining garden beds and pot plants. Fertilising and aerating lawns
Sweeping and clearing of driveways
Identifying potential risks and/or hazards
Contributing towards a customer service experience for the residents
Skills, Attributes and Experience

**Key selection criteria include**:
Possess or be willing to obtain an NDIS clearance.
Possesses rights to work in Australia.
Possess a valid driver's licence.
