Our client is a global business that has been operating in Australia for more than 50 years. They are at the forefront of Australian manufacturing and are a leader in their field. They manufacture complex rail maintenance equipment from the ground up, and an opportunity has arisen for a Hydraulic Fitter to join their friendly team.

**About the role**:
You will find yourself operating within a well-resourced and supportive environment, performing the following duties:

- New installation of hoses and fittings
- Running hoses, pipework, and experience within Pneumatic schematics
- Machine operation
- Reading and updating schematics

**What do you need to apply?**:
Essential:

- Completed Cert 3 Engineering
- Previous experience in the rail industry is highly advantageous
- Background in fitting
- Experience with reading schematics
- Experience with power and hand tools
- Experience using lathe, linishers, and air compressors
- The unrestricted right to live and work in Australia
- Full Covid-19 vaccination
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
