**Mr. Hive - Kitchen Steward**:
**Part-Time Opportunity**:
We have an amazing opportunity for experienced kitchen steward to join our 5-star team to assist in the daily operations within Crown Metropol Hotel.

You will be working across Mr. Hive Kitchen and Bar; a Modern Australian A la Carte Restaurant along with Level 28 Skybar Lounge, which serves as bar and function space as well as the 24-hour Crown Metropol Room Service function.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Proven experience working in a fast paced, high volume commercial kitchen will be highly regarded
- Previous cleaning experience in Hospitality or similar environment
- Ability to undertake repetitive tasks and work in a demanding environment
- Awareness of Occupational Health & Safety and food hygiene
- Ability to work across a rotating 24 hour roster including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
