**What this job involves**:
Manage the provision facilities management in a mix of Owned Properties and Leased Premises within the designated WoAG portfolio. Develop sound working relationships with key client staff. Manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facilities.
This position will assist the Senior Facilities Manager to deliver the full range of services to the Entities.
Please note this role is a fixed term contract for 1 year
**Main duties include**:
Managing & Inspiring your teamBuild and maintain an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence within team
Ensure high staff morale, trust and work ethics
Training & Development of (two) team members
Partnering with the Client/Stakeholder(s)Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met
Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
Facilities Management ServicesManagement of Facilities as designated by the National Facilities Manager
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards
Ensure that the JLL work order management system is regularly checked and maintained and all works are completed within designated SLA’s and KPI’s
Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations
Implement building procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all times
Ensure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met
Financial ManagementActively work to ensure that the site’s financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets and control requirements including the Jones Lang LaSalle Code of Ethics
Ensure financial processes are followed at all times
Ensuring everyone stays safeThis role has the responsibility and duty of care to work safely, taking reasonable care to protect their own health and safety and that of fellow workers and visitors and to comply with the requirements of the health and safety guidelines, policies and rules.
Report and escalation of WHS near miss/good catches and incidents in accordance with CMO reporting tool and escalation matrix.
Keeping an eye on the Site & OperationsRecommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations
24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required
Use and maintain a Property databasePreparedness to develop a strong understanding of the various property management database systems
Complete, update and maintain applicable web based management information systems, including uploading various property documentation
Ensure all data is held accurately in our systems to allow payment in a timely manner
Limiting Risk to JLL & WoAGEnsure the JLL Operational Risk Management (ORM) program is implemented and maintained.
Ensure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and maintained
Adhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategies
A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to their client.
An engaging facilities and people manager who thrives on inspiring and developing their team.
Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Possess a can do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
Ability to obtain AFP security clearance
Leadership skills and ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders to successfully deliver projects
Has experience working in critical environments & facilities
Knowledge of HS&E requirements
Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
Has an understanding of basic technical aspects of property
