**About the role**
As a Sports Referee you will be responsible for the following:
- Officiate games and matches in accordance with the rules and regulations of each sport.
- Ensure fair play, sportsmanship, and safety for all participants.
- Make impartial and accurate calls during gameplay.
- Enforce rules consistently and manage conflicts or disputes effectively.
- Provide feedback and guidance to players and coaches when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate with other officials and staff to ensure the smooth operation of events.
**Shift Pattern**: Varied hours (usually early evening)
**To be successful, you will possess the following**:
- Previous experience as a referee or official is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions and remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and possibly weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
