**About the Centre/Service**

True love holds no one back However true love has created an opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate educator to join our team. We are seeking a Diploma Qualified educator with a real passion for children aged 3-4 years. The successful applicant will join us in our long day program, and will also help our children transition and support them whilst they participate in their 3 year old sessional Kindergarten program. So you will be working within 2 programs in a small community based, not for profit Centre.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

**Hours of Work of the Role**

26.5 hours per week

**Description**

Hours required are: Monday: 1pm to 6.00pm Tuesday: 7.30am - 4.30pm Wednesday: 12.30am - 6.00pm Thursday: 7.30am - 4.30pm Total is 26.5 hours per week. The successful person would also be allocated 2 hours of planning time each week. This enhances communication within the teams and enables them to make a valuable and tangible contribution to children’s learning. The successful applicant will be paid under the Professional Child Care Standard 2021. This is a collective agreement which sits well above the Children’s Services award in conditions and rates of pay. Our Centre also pays 10% above, with another 4% increase to be applied in July this year. Depending on your experience your commencing rate would be between $37.66 and $38.87 per hour. Casual work would also be available outside of your normal roster if this was of interest to you.
